    Ready to roll up your sleeves? This airtight recipe of mannacote is 6-8 servings and lasts approximately 1.5 hours. Being a qualified cooking teacher, I perfected this technique in my numerous courses, and I made it both user-friendly and suitable to the restaurant.

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare Filling: Place ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic, spinach (or cooked meat), and seasoning in a large bowl. Blend until smooth- eliminate thick yogurt. Prepare pasta and cover and refrigerate.
    2. Cook Pasta: Add a pot of salty water to a pot and boil. Prepare manicotti shells in the oven and bake them 4-5 minutes until al dente (they will be done). Stop cooking, drain and rinse with cold water. Place them on a clean towel so they don’t get stuck.
    3. Stuff the Shells: Fill each shell with 2-3 tablespoons of filling with a piping bag or spoon. Bake in a greased 9x 13 inch dish.
    4. Prepare and Bake: Pour half of the marinara over the shells, and pour the remaining cheese and breadcrumbs over it. Add on the rest of the sauce. Wrap in foil and bake at 375 o C in 25 minutes. Discover and roast another 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
    5. Rest and Serve:Allow to rest 10 mins after baking. Serve with fresh basil, as well as accompanied with a crisp Caesar salad or a piece of garlic bread.
